Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website. By accessing

challengereadysystem.com, submitting your email address, or booking a consultation call, you

confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,

please do not use our pages.

1. Who We Are

Champions Trading MC ("we", "us", "our") is a trading education company registered in the Province

of Ontario, Canada. We operate the Challenge Ready System VSL funnel and related marketing

pages at challengereadysystem.com. Our programmes include the Challenge Ready System (Basic

and VIP) and Champions Academy.

2. Nature of Our Services

We provide trading education, coaching, and community services. All content on our VSL funnel

pages — including video presentations, written copy, testimonials, and offer descriptions — is

marketing and educational material. It is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a

solicitation to trade any financial instrument.

Nothing on this website creates a client-advisor relationship between you and Champions Trading

MC or any of our coaches.

3. Eligibility

By using our pages, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Your use of this website does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction

• You understand that trading financial instruments carries significant risk of loss

4. Email Opt-In

By submitting your email address via any opt-in form on our pages, you:

• Provide express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Champions Trading MC

• Acknowledge that you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us

directly

• Agree that your data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• Confirm you are 18 years of age or older

We comply with CASL (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), and other applicable email marketing regulations.

We will never sell your email address to third parties.

5. Call Booking via Calendly

Our funnel pages may offer the option to book a free consultation call via Calendly. By making a

booking, you:

• Agree to attend the scheduled appointment or provide at least 24 hours advance notice if you

need to cancel or reschedule

• Understand the call is a free educational consultation, not a binding agreement to purchase

• Acknowledge that information shared during the call may be used to assess your suitability for our

programmes

• Agree to Calendly's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern the booking platform

independently

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule consultation calls at our discretion. Booking a

call does not guarantee enrolment in any programme.

6. No Purchase Obligation

Submitting your email address or booking a consultation call creates no financial obligation

whatsoever. You are under no obligation to purchase any product or service from Champions

Trading MC at any time.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our funnel pages is accurate and up to

date. However, we make no warranties or representations as to the completeness, accuracy, or

currency of any content. Results, statistics, and student outcomes referenced may change over time

and should not be relied upon as current figures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on challengereadysystem.com — including but not limited to video scripts, VSL

presentations, written copy, graphics, logos, the Challenge Ready System name and methodology,

Champions Academy name, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of Champions

Trading MC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in

Canada and internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative

works from any content on our pages without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result

in legal action.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our pages, you agree not to:

• Use our pages for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form on our pages

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our funnel pages, VSL scripts, or marketing content

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our pages or any associated platform

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data

• Impersonate Champions Trading MC, our coaches, or any other person or entity

• Use our pages to promote competing products or services without our written consent

10. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our pages may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms including Calendly,

GoHighLevel, Whop, and Tradezella. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy

practices, or terms of any third-party website or platform. Your use of those platforms is governed

entirely by their own terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our pages and all content are provided on an "as is"

and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied,

or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular

purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our pages will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or

harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on our pages is accurate, complete,

reliable, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Champions Trading MC, its directors, officers,

employees, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,

special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits,

loss of data, loss of trading capital, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our pages

• Your reliance on any content, testimonial, or result described on our pages

• Any trading decisions made based on content provided by or associated with Champions Trading

MC

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

• Any other matter relating to our pages or services

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or

your use of our pages shall not exceed CAD $100 (one hundred Canadian dollars), regardless of the

form of the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such

jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Champions Trading MC and its officers,

directors, coaches, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims,

liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in

connection with: (a) your use of our pages; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any

applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario

and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We acknowledge our global audience. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country

of residence confer rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by these

Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use

of our pages, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation

for a period of 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). The arbitration shall be

conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or

representative action against Champions Trading MC.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of

competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be unlawful, void, or

unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the

validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Earnings & Results Disclaimer, constitute the

entire agreement between you and Champions Trading MC with respect to your use of our VSL

funnel pages. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to

the same subject matter.

18. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that

right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of

Champions Trading MC to be effective.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this

URL with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our pages after any changes constitutes

your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
